The Hale Hui Kai oceanfront resort development is a hidden gem just off of the famous Keawakapu Beach which runs south into Wailea. It is a low-density complex with only forty condominiums which have vaulted ceilings and a much more open floor plan. The Hale Hui Kai condos for sale have private lanais and only come as a 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit, but as two different floor plans. The interior living area varies between 898 and 1,250 square feet for the two bedroom condominium models.

Hale Hui Kai is a favorite among visitors as they can watch the humpback whales and sea turtles from their covered lanais. The on-site vacation rental company does a great job in booking the condominiums, as such the condos here rarely come onto the market for sale. It completed construction in 1972 and rests on one acre of direct beachfront. Next door is the restaurant Sorrento's and just up the beach is the Five Palms Beach Grill.
